Sonic Drive In

Single-use gloves being used for more than one task; and/or Appropriate gloves not being used for job task being performed

Observed employee on kitchen line to handle ready-to-eat food, grab fryer handles, stock kitchen coolers, and prep food into pans all with the same pair of gloves. Person in charge informed employee to only use gloves for one task and had employee remove gloves and wash hands at time of inspection.
