  Observed two freezer cases in the rear dry storage area with lids in disrepair.

  Observed a wiping cloth on a shelf with clean dishes next to the three compartment sink. Person in charge moved wiping cloth to laundry bag at time of inspection.

  Observed build up on the potato press attached to the wall in front of the walk in cooler. Person in charge instructed food employee to clean and sanitize at time of inspection.
