  Cold Holding - Time/temperature control for safety cold food was not maintained at temperatures in accordance with the Food Code.

  Observed pico de gallo in ice bath on counter in expo area to have a temperature out of cold holding range (see temp log) for less than 2 hours. Person in charge placed pico de gallo container in cooler and added additional ice at time of inspection.

  Common Name, Working Containers - Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies are not clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material.

  Observed spray bottle on short metal rack next to dish machine to not be labeled with common name. Person in charge labeled spray bottle at time of inspection.
