  Observed build up in both bar soda gun nozzles at the bar. Person in charge cleaned soda gun nozzles at time of inspection.

  Hot Water and Chemical - After being cleaned, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils are not sanitized in accordance with the Food Code.

  Observed the bar dish machine to be below 50ppm. Person in charge contacted Prime who arrived on site and repaired machine to be between 50ppm-100ppm at time of inspection.

  Observed blue chemical spray bottle stored in the liquor well next to consumer beverages at the bar. Person in charge removed chemical at time of inspection.

  Observed no hand towels at the salad make table hand sink. Person in charge provided hand towels at time of inspection.
