  Handwashing Signage - A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands is not provided at all handwashing sinks and/or is not clearly visible to all food employees and other users.

  Observed there to be no handwashing signage at the hand sinks in the kitchen, bar or restrooms. Inspector provided the person in charge with handwashing signage to place at all mentioned hand sinks.

  Observed a quat sanitizer bucket at 0-100ppm along the cooks line. Person in charge remade the sanitizer bucket to reach 200-400ppm.

  Observed multiple dirty cloths stored next to food inside the small make table low boy. Person in charge removed the cloths.
