  Observed two prep tables blocking access to the hand sink at the entrance to the main kitchen area. Person in charge indicated hand sink in inoperable and employees utilize the hand sink on the other side of the main kitchen. Person in charge placed a "Do Not Use" sign on hand sink at time of inspection.
