  Common Name, Working Containers - Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies are not clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material.

  Observed one spray bottle on the hand sink behind the service counter and one spray bottle under the service counter to not be labeled with a common name. Person in charge labeled both containers at time of inspection.

  Hot Water and Chemical - After being cleaned, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils are not sanitized in accordance with the Food Code.

  Observed the sanitizing dish machine to have a concentration of 10 ppm. Person in charge primed sanitizer to a concentration between 50-100 ppm at time of inspection.

  Observed a plastic drain basket and lime wedge in the basin of the hand sink located behind the service counter. Person in charge removed items from hand sink at time of inspection.
