  Observed raw eggs stored in cardboard carton on top of containers of pizza toppings in Pizza Bar two door reach in cooler. Observed raw eggs stored in cardboard carton on sheet tray in storage rack in Trayline #1 walk in cooler above ready to eat foods. Person in charge moved both containers to bottom shelves at time of inspection.

  Observed pooling water and build up in right rear corner of Trayline #1 walk in cooler under can rack. Observed build up at the floor/wall junction under third basin of three compartment sink in ware wash area.
