  Observed open structure ceiling over kitchen, ware wash and bar areas. Observed materials in the following areas to not be smooth, durable, easily cleanable, and non-absorbant: Throughout outdoor bar Wall behind 3 compartment sink Framing of service window between kitchen and bar Wood framing for doorways throughout establishment Baseboards on walls throughout establishment Doors of bathrooms Wood behind hot cold handles over mop sink and wood surrounding base of mop sink

  Observed gap between wall and ceiling at top of wall separating dining area from billiards room. Observed floor to wall juncture to be in disrepair behind main cook line and behind grease trap to the left of 3 compartment sink. Observed exposed ventilation and gap above wall over silver refrigerator to the left when entering kitchen area.
