Observed no available disposable towels at hand sink.Corrective Actions: Must provide disposable towels to hand sink, as well as prevent storage inside sink and avoid blocking access, for ease of proper use.

  Observed meat empanadas (beef, ham, egg) not maintained at 135 degrees F or above at the time of inspection, while stored within hot holding display unit.Corrective Actions: Must ensure all TCS foods, while in hot holding, is maintained at 135 degrees or above, as to prevent food borne illness.
