Observed no hand washing signage at the designated hand sink beside the ice machine. Observed the same hand sink blocked by a cart at the time of inspection.Corrective Actions: Ensure all designated hand washing sinks have hand washing signage. Ensure to have all hand washing sinks easily accessible.

Proper cooling methods used; adequate equipment for temperature control

Observed the standing cooler across from the main serving line at an ambient temperature 72F. Whole apples and employee items were stored in cooler at the time of inspection.Corrective Actions: Ensure to have standing cooler serviced to be able to cold hold TCS food items at 41F or below. Must not store any TCS food items in cooler until serviced.

Warewashing facilities, installed, maintained, used, test strips

Observed no thermal test strips for the high temperature dish machine.Corrective Actions: Ensure to obtain thermal strips to properly test the temperature of the high temperature dish machine.
