Mashed potatoes: 125F Steak fingers: 115Corrective Actions: Ensure to properly hot hold TCS food items at 135F or above. Employee reheated the mashed potatoes and steak fingers to 165F.

Observed dead American roaches at the corner of the employee lounge area and and in the corner of trh ware washing area.Corrective Actions: Ensure to increase the frequency of pest control visits.
