5-202.12 (A) A HANDWASHING SINK shall be equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 38°C (100°F) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Facility Follow up to Needs Improvement rating from routine food safety inspection conducted on 8/17/2026; facility without hot water available for kitchen handsink. Met with Site Supervisor, Ben Benitez, who stated project to restore the hot water was found to involve replacing old copper wiring within the walls; did not provide estimated timeframe. A follow up visit will occur in 30 days to assess.
