Food not prepared or portion today. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2026-08-11: 1)Bottom reach in cooler - sliced cheese 38-39F, sliced ham 38-39F, turkey bacon 40F 2) 4 door reach in cooler - sliced ham 45F, meatballs 45-46F. Operator unable to determine how long items were stored in unit. Observed gasket gaps in 2 of the doors. See stop sale. **Admin Complaint**

Reviewed proper cooling procedures. Operator placed in shallow pan and moved to second walk in cooler to quick chill. Corrective action taken. **Admin Complaint**
