Person in charge called Ecolab technician and shut off the machine , and started using the one located on the left side of the room. **Corrective Action Taken** **Repeat Violation** **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2026-04-24: Dishmachine is labeled out of service. Executive chef contacted Ecolab Senior Corporate to replace the machine. **Time Extended**
