The following TCS foods were all temped internally - beef broth, 46F, another beef broth 45F, peanut sauce 45F, Thai milk tea 44F, raw shell egg 46F. Manager instructed to discard due to time/temperature abuse, unknown amount of time out of temp. New Violation.
