Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed the soda gun of the bar with build of black organic matter inside of the soda dispenser. CA: PIC was advised to brake down the soda gun and to have it throughly clean and sanitized, as well as the holster. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3] Observed the RIC(s) and Prep Top Coolers in need of frequent cleaning as they had buildup on the interior doors and gaskets. CA: Nonfood-Contact Surfaces. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues Violation Code Reference 511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3 - Equipment, Food/Nonfood-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils, food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment & nonfood-contact surfaces free of accumulations (C) 2.
