Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed several containers of milk cold held above 41F in front food service milk cooler #2 with an ambient temperature of 47F. C/A: Cold held TCS items shall be maintained at 41F or below except during preparation, cooking, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control. COS: All containers of milk in cooler were discarded. Facility will continue to use cooler for service until cooler is repaired, but will use Time as a Public Health Control for milk stored in cooler. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
