  Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(10)(a)] Observed several containers and pans stacked while wet on shelf in main kitchen. C/A: After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food. Correct within 72 hours New Violation.

  Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3] Observed the following: Mold-like accumulations behind soft drink nozzles in drink prep station. Food crumbs and debris along prep cooler surfaces and hinges of coolers through out main kitchen. Excessive grease accumulations along stove hood in main kitchen. C/A: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Correct within 72 hours. New Violation.
