Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(m)] Observed wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution at 100ppm chlorine (x2). C/A- Wiping cloths shall be held between uses in a chemical sanitizer solution at a concentration specified under DPH Rule 511-6-1-.05(6)(n) Chlorine is 50-100ppm and QAC is 200-400ppm. COS- PIC had all sanitizer buckets remade to 400ppm QAC Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
