Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(10)(g)2] Observed two containers of spoons in the main kitchen and one container of spoons and one container of knives at the server station stored with the handles in the container and the food contact area up. CA: Knives, forks, and spoons that are not pre-wrapped shall be presented so that only the handles are touched by employees and by consumers if consumer self-service is provided. COS: PIC placed items for ware washing and new spoons and knives were placed in the containers with the handles up. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
