  Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(m)] Observed multiple buckets of sanitizer solution (QUAT) with wiping cloths stored in them at a concentration of 0ppm throughout the front food service area. C/A: Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be: (i) Held between uses in a chemical sanitizer solution at a concentration specified under DPH Rule 511-6-1-.05(6)(n): for QUAT 200-400ppm COS: sanitizer buckets remade with a solution observed at 400ppm Corrected On-Site. New Violation.

C/A: Ambient air temperature, water pressure, and water temperature measuring devices shall be maintained in good repair and be accurate within the intended range of use.
