Observed eggrolls and chicken wings in the top of the prep top cooler by the fryer in the main kitchen cold holding above 41F. CA: When cold holding, TCS foods shall be maintained at 41F or below. CA: All items had been placed on the line at 9:30 AM and facility was allowed to cool items. All items were place in the walk-in cooler for rapid cooling. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
