  Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed a chlorine concentration of 0 ppm at the dishwasher. Upon further in investigation, PIC said that a replacement drum would be acquired the following.   Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed a black mold like substance on the nozzles of the drink machine. PIC had the drink nozzles cleaned and sanitized before their next use. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.

  Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(m),(n)] Observed three water filters that need to be replaced. One was dated 12/25 and the others were dated 08/26. CA - PIC will ensure that water filters are replaced upon expiring. New Violation. Correct By: 10/02/2026
