Routine inspection conducted in conjunction with a pre-opening inspection of Sodexo @ Meta Altoona ±Constellation Café. A Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) is available, and documentation is on file. License Status: Approved. Scope of business: Food service establishment that prepares and serves breakfast, lunch, and grab-and-go food items to Meta employees and authorized visitors. The operation includes the preparation, cooking, hot and cold holding, and service of a variety of foods and beverages. The facility also offers prepackaged food items and beverages. Food is prepared on-site and served for immediate consumption. Limitations: Food service is limited to Meta employees, contractors, and authorized visitors with site access. The establishment is not open to the general public. Hours of operation and customer access are determined by Meta. Food Code Acknowledgement: Firm has been made aware of the basic food code requirements applicable to their establishment and current operation. Person in charge understands the responsibility of the permit holder to comply with those requirements. If a subsequent on-site inspection reveals non-compliance with regulations, the permit holder agrees to bring violations into full compliance within the time-frame specified in the Iowa Food Code.
