A routine inspection was conducted in response to complaints received on May 7, 2026, alleging pest control issues, and on June 15, 2026, alleging inadequate cooking temperatures. The site manager stated they were not aware of either reported incident or any equipment malfunction. The manager explained that all chicken products are cooked using electronically programmed equipment with preset cook times and temperatures to ensure the required minimum internal cooking temperature is achieved. During the inspection, cooking procedures and equipment operation were reviewed, and no deficiencies were observed. The facility¶s pest control program was also reviewed, and no evidence of an active pest issue was observed at the time of inspection. Both allegations are categorized as: Unverifiable/Closed
