A routine inspection was conducted on 9/14/26 at a golf-course clubhouse. Discussed areas of repairs for establishment including paints and plumbing repair. Reviewed requirements for employee illness policy and denoting items that are offered undercooked on menu. Person in charge was able to go over routine water testing for well water. A follow-up is required via letter of correction. Follow-up will be completed on or after 9/24/2026 by Follow Up-Letter of Correction.
