Conducted a Food Service Establishment Pre-Opening/Routine inspection due to past due license. LICENSE APPROVED. SCOPE OF BUSINESS: Establishment is a classic donut shop that also serves coffee style drinks and smoothies. Donuts are prepared at Krispy Kreme locations in Clive and delivered daily. Should the establishment wish to change their scope of business or do any remodeling they should contact their inspector prior to the change. Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM):CFPM is available. Establishment has been made aware of the basic food code requirements applicable to their establishment and current operation. Person in charge understands the responsibility of the permit holder to comply with those requirements. If a subsequent on-site inspection reveals non-compliance with regulations, the permit holder agrees to bring violations into full compliance within the time-frame specified in the Food Code.
