This was a Routine inspection conducted as a result of a non-illness complaint received by the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals & Licensing. Complaint is unverifiable. Establishment is currently using EcoLab for pest control services. Discussions with Management. Item #16: Inspector discussed best practices for cleaning and sanitizing of food contact surfaces. PIC agrees to do addiitonal training with all food employees.
