Routine inspection due to illness complaint. Manager states they also received the same complaint. Facility has employee health policy and no employees have reported illnesses or symptoms. No other complaints received. Complaint unverifiable. Letter of parasite destruction available for fish served raw. Discussion regarding letters stating what fish they are purchasing from the supplier that is providing the letter. Follow-up will be completed on or after 9/18/2026 by Follow Up-Letter of Correction.
