This was a Routine inspection conducted as a result of a Pest Control complaint received by the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals & Licensing. Complaint is verified. Inspector reviewed current rules pertaining to have dogs on their patio. Establishment is currently in the process of installing a new dish machine. All warewashing is being done in 3 compartment sink until dish machine is installed. Discussions with Management. Item #23: Inspector discussed best practices for datemarking and disposition with GM. GM agrees to do additional training with all food employees. Item #22: Inspector discussed best practices for cold holding with GM. GM agrees to do additional training with all food employees. Follow-up will be completed on or after 4/26/2026 by Physical Recheck.
