Conducted routine inspection of facility today. Facility is a vendor who serves breakfast burritos at the Arconic Manufacturing Facility. Facility has a licensed FSE in Illinois where product is prepared, prepackaged, transported and then hot/cold held at the serving site. No food preparation or ware washing activities occur on site. Facility will provide proof of signed employee health reporting agreement forms to inspector at: tara.marriott@scottcountyiowa.gov by 2/13/2026. Follow-up will be completed on or after 2/13/2026 by Follow Up-Letter of Correction.
