Conducted routine inspection of food vendor while serving at the Arconic site today. Facility has an active Certified Food Protection Manager on staff, an Employee Reporting Agreement Policy in place, and a written, established procedure available for responding to the clean-up of bodily fluids, Facility brings in prepared and prepackaged food products from their local food service establishment to serve on site to Arconic employees. Facility was observed serving two styles of chicken sandwiches, mac & cheese cups, salads, chips, cookies, and condiments. All products were prepackaged and kept in transport bags while on site. Chicken sandwiches were observed holding between 135*-138*F, mac and cheese cups were observed above 150*F, and salads were observed at 41*F. No ware washing is completed on site. No violations observed. No further action is required at this time.
