Facility has two active Certified Food Protection Managers on staff, an Employee Reporting Agreement Policy in place, and a written, established procedure available for responding to the clean-up of bodily fluids. Violations corrected on site. No further action is required at this time.

Observation: Scoops and spades used for preparing smoothie bowls were being cleaned at the end of each day. Discussed with manager that utensil in continuous use must be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at least once every 4 hours. Corrected by: setting a 4-hour timer for switching out in-use scoops to align with their 4-hour sanitizer solution change process.
