A pre-opening inspection was conducted at the facility on 6/9/2026. Kitchen Brigade operates out of the community kitchen, Chef's Corner. The owner/operator purchases the ingredients from licensed grocery store and either stores ingredients in the cooler at the community kitchen or purchases ingredients before their time slot. LICENSE IS APPROVED. The hot dogs will be prepared on the trailer and hot held on the mobile unit. Limitations: 1 walk in cooler. Discussed with the owner/operator Kitchen Brigade that they are only allowed to store frozen/refrigerated items at the community kitchen not at their home. Kitchen Brigade is approved to operate by the Scott County Health Department. No further action is required at this time. If further questions, contact me at sherrie.petersen@scottcountyiowa.gov
