Food Service Establishment Pre-Opening Inspection was conducted on 9/21/2026. LICENSE IS APPROVED. With the exceptions listed above. Scoop of Business: Establishment intends to offer Beef and chicken enchilada, beef and chicken tacos, beef and chicken tostadas, tamales, flautas, quesadillas, fajita, rancheros and meat dishes with rice. Served Establishment is equipped to hot hold food items. Extensive changes to the menu or remolding of the facility unit require prior approval by the Regulatory Authority. Limitations: Cooling is limited to the use and capacity of 1-walk in freezer, 1-walk in cooler and 2- prep coolers in the kitchen. Certified Food Protection Manager [CFPM]: Pre-Opening Inspection. Facility has a CFPM license. Firm has been made aware of the basic food code requirements applicable to their establishment and current operation. Person in charge understands the responsibility of the permit holder to comply with those requirements. If a subsequent on-site inspection reveals non-compliance with regulations, the permit holder agrees to bring violations into full compliance within the timeframe specified in the Iowa Food Code.
