Conducted routine inspection of facility today. Facility has an active Certified Food Protection Manager on staff, an Employee Reporting Agreement policy in place, and a written, established procedure available for responding to the clean-up of bodily fluids. A physical re-inspection will be performed on or after 11/26/2025 due to facility's hours of operation (Wed-Sun) to follow-up on remaining out of compliance items. Long Term Corrective Action Item #10: Owner agreed to implement a daily check system prior to opening to ensure that all hand sinks are properly stocked with soap and paper towels. Item #16: Owner agreed to add the interior of the large ice machine to their master cleaning schedule to ensure that the ice machine is getting cleaned and sanitized on a consistent basis to prevent the build up of grime. Item #22: Owner agreed to provide retraining to staff on proper cold holding temperatures of 41*F or below and achieving this by properly storing TCS products down inside of the prep table cold wells and properly nesting products outside of prep tables in ice. Discussed the importance of ensuring that the level of ice is even with the level of the product. Follow-up will be completed on or after 11/24/2025 by Physical Recheck.
