Conducted routine inspection of facility today. Facility has an active Certified Food Protection Manager on staff, an employee reporting agreement policy in place, and a written, established procedure available for responding to the clean-up of bodily fluids. A refrigeration technician from A&A Refrigeration arrived on site prior to inspector finishing inspection. Technician cleaned off the condenser coil and checked the unit's freon levels. Technician reported that the unit was beginning to cool down properly. A physical re-inspection will occur on or before 1/15/2026 to follow-up on out of compliance item #22 and ensure that the unit is properly holding TCS products at an internal temperature of 41*F or below. Follow-up will be completed on or after 1/15/2026 by Physical Recheck.
