A Routine Inspection was conducted on 5/19/26. Facility is an event center that operates during scheduled events like weddings, reunions, retirement parties, etc. Facility has an active Certified Food Protection Manager on staff, an Employee Reporting Agreement Policy in place, and a written, established procedure available for responding to the clean-up of bodily fluids. Violation is listed above. A Letter of Correction is due on 5/29/26. Manager agreed to send the Inspector a photo of the corrected violation.
