Conducted routine inspection of facility today. Facility has several active Certified Food Protection Managers on staff, an Employee Reporting Agreement Policy in place, and a written, established procedure available for responding to the clean-up of bodily fluids. A physical re-inspection will occur on or after 8/18/2026 to follow up on out of compliance items. Long Term Corrective Action: Item #16: Facility staff agreed to add their pop gun holders to their daily cleaning checklist to ensure that the surfaces are being checked on a regular basis to prevent the build up of grime from occurring. Item #23: Certified Food Protection Manager agreed to provide retraining to kitchen staff regarding required 7-day date marking practices to ensure that house-made products are not being held beyond their allowed shelf life.
