A routine inspection was conducted at the facility on site on 06/16/2026. Some violations are in further need of correction. Item #3- Employees are not informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report illnesses to the person in charge and have not read and signed the employee health policy. Form was given to the person in charge and any employee that is working in the kitchen must read and sign the document. Item #15- Raw eggs were stored above and next to ready to eat food and beverages. Food stored on the floor of the walk in freezer. Raw eggs were moved away from and below ready to eat food and beverages and food was stored off of the floor. Violations have been corrected. Item #16- Walk in freezer compressor is leaking heavily. Walk in freezer compressor is in need of repair. Item #43- Cups used to disperse sugar. Use scoops with handles. A recheck inspection will occur on or after 06/26/2026. Follow-up will be completed on or after 6/26/2026 by Physical Recheck.
