A routine inspection was conducted today due to an illness complaint. The manager and bar manager were unaware of this. The inspector emphasized the need for implementing better active managerial control, employee training on cooling, temperature monitoring, and the cooling process has been reviewed and revised with the staff. Provided guidance and Temp. log hand washing, glove use, and task verification by the manager on site to supervise employees and ensure food safety on each shift. Follow-up inspection is set for 3-4 weeks, no later than March 16. Inspector provided DIA guidance and resources in both languages. Call the inspector for details, for a coaching session after the internal training and refresher provided to all employees. Follow-up will be completed on or after 2/14/2026 by Physical Recheck.
