MOBILE FOOD UNIT LICENSE IS APPROVED. Scope of Business: Class IV Mobile Unit. Operator intends to offer a limited menu from their main restaurant of tacos, fajitas, quesadillas and sides. Unit is equipped to cook, reheat, cold/hot hold and cool. Limitations: There is no freezer on the mobile unit. Extensive changes to the menu or remodeling of the unit require prior approval by the Regulatory Authority. Certified Food Protection Manager: Operator is a certified food protection manager. Certificate was provided and is attached to the report. Firm has been made aware of the basic food code requirements applicable to their establishment and current operation. Person in charge understands the responsibility of the permit holders to comply with those requirements. If a subsequent on-site inspection reveals non-compliance with regulations, the permit holder agrees to bring violations into full compliance within the timeframe specified in the Iowa Food Code. Facility will share the fire inspection report with the inspector once it has been completed. A routine inspection will be scheduled in 90-120 days.
