Routine inspection done in conjunction with a complaint investigation. Discussed the complaint with the person in charge. The complaint stated that fly traps were observed in the kitchen and glassware was soiled. During the inspection fly traps were observed in the kitchen and were not being replaced as often as necessary. Glassware did not appear to be soiled other than water spots, and the facility has not had any issues with their dish machine. The machine was sanitizing properly during the inspection. A letter of correction will be issued for the CFPM. The letter of correction must be submitted no later than 4/2/26. This complaint will be closed and marked verified for the pest control aspect, but unfounded for the glassware aspect. Follow-up will be completed on or after 3/28/2026 by Follow Up-Letter of Correction.
