Routine inspection done in conjunction with a complaint inspection. The complainant reported that mold was present in several areas of the facility, hair restraints were not being worn, and the kitchen was dirty. Discussed the complaint with the manager during the inspection. The manager reported that they have been dealing with what appears to be mold buildup above the walk in cooler and in the beverage area. The manager was recommended to add the walk in cooler cleaning to a cleaning list. The manager also reports that several tickets have been submitted for the beverage area as well, but have not been successful in getting a resolution. No employees were observed without hair restraints and the kitchen was not soiled either. This complaint will be closed and marked verified for mold buildup.
