Convenience store with retail area and limited kitchen menu. Front prep table cooler was observed operating at 56.5*F during the inspection. Facility has initiated a service call for the front prep table cooler and it is not to be used to store temperature-controlled food items until it is capable of maintaining at least 41*F or lower. A physical recheck will be scheduled on or after 11/16/2025 to check the repair status of the front prep table cooler.
