Routine inspection done in conjunction with a complaint investigation. Discussed the complaint with the manager during the inspection. The manager did recall the complaint from the public, and also spoke with the complainant. The facility has shortened the lifecycle of steel scrubbers to help prevent future issues. The facility is recommended to re-train all employees on making sure the woks are thoroughly cleaned in between each dish and washed with fresh water as well. This complaint will be closed and marked unverifiable. Physical recheck will be done no later than 6/19/26 to verify corrections from this inspection. Follow-up will be completed on or after 6/11/2026 by Physical Recheck.
