Today's visit is a routine inspection. The inspectors discussed food safety practices and processes, including cooking, cooling, hot holding, and the proper use of gloves²specifically, when and how to wash them. Additionally, we talked about minimizing physical contamination by keeping knives at the proper level to avoid cross-contamination. I also suggested looking for and implementing long-term corrective actions. No smoking signs are provided to put on the entrance door.
