A pre-opening inspection was conducted on 2/13/26. Directors of Operations on site during inspection License is APPROVED. Scope of Business: Establishment is a bar/restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Cedar Rapids Airport. Food prep is split between Cedar Ridge Barrel Room and Prairie Bistro prep kitchen space. Limitations: Cooler space is limited to two reach-in coolers. Walk-in cooler space is located in Prairie Bistro prep space. Certified Food Protection Manager: Pre-opening inspection. Two staff members are Certified Food Protection Managers. Firm has been made aware of the basic food code requirements applicable to their establishment and current operation. Person in charge understands the responsibility of the permit holder to comply with those requirements. If a subsequent on-site inspection reveals non-compliance with regulations, the permit holder agrees to bring violations into full compliance within the time-frame specified in the Iowa Food Code.
