A routine inspection was conducted on 5/26/26 in response to an illness complaint received. Upon inspection, assistant manager stated that there has been no employee ill, no power outages, or equipment malfunctions in the past two weeks. Reviewed excludable symptoms for food handlers. Assistant Manager stated they would place a work order for hand sinks. Closing complaint as UNVERIFIABLE. A follow-up is required via letter of correction. Follow-up will be completed on or after 6/5/2026 by Follow Up-Letter of Correction.
